IdentityE2E, a CACI business, wins key Home Office Biometric Technical Services contract

November 13, 2025

We are delighted to announce that the CACI IdentityE2E business has won the tender to deliver Biometric Technical Services (BTS) to the Home Office Biometrics (HOB) Programme as part of a £multi-million, 2+1-year CCS call off contract. We will deliver a specialist technical consultancy and delivery service as the Programme’s client-side technology strategy and service design partner.

The Home Office Biometrics (HOB) Programme is a complex, cross-functional technology convergence programme for biometrics (including Fingerprint, Facial recognition, and DNA), providing biometric services for borders, law enforcement, passports, visas, immigration and asylum.  Major transformational aspects of the Programme include the migration of legacy solutions to cloud platforms and transformation of multiple legacy interfaces to a single strategic format. Our technical service delivery is at the heart of this work and covers leadership in the architecture of cloud platforms across the Programme, specialist integration services for HOB interfaces and technical systems, testing and analysis of new biometric capture technology solutions, and provision and operation of the biometric accuracy testing environment.

Our team plays a leading role in architectural strategy setting, detailed integration analysis, set up and hands on delivery of migration to cloud hosted solutions, provision of security architecture services, quality assurance and performance testing, training, and ongoing support to our HOB client. This is achieved through our highly skilled and respected delivery team and our key biometric and cloud domain knowledge and experience.
